DOVER, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire woman who was injured along with her 10-year-old daughter in a head-on collision with a drunken driver is suing the Wolfeboro Inn for damages.
The lawsuit by Tannah Curtis of Dover alleges that the Wolfeboro Inn’s negligence is to blame for the February crash and that records from the state Liquor Commission include findings in favor of the injured mother and her daughter, Shylah.
The Portsmouth Herald (https://bit.ly/2fuIujB ) reports that state investigators concluded the other driver had just consumed two cocktails within 15 minutes and had a blood alcohol level of 0.356 percent.
The other driver, Sarah Kelley, couldn’t be reached for comment. She faces criminal charges including assault, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
