FRENCHTOWN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - Authorities in southeastern Michigan say they found the body of a man in a drainage ditch.

Monroe County sheriff’s officials say the body found Saturday evening was partly submerged in Frenchtown Township near a school administration building. The man was estimated to be in his late 20s or early 30s.

Investigators said in a release on Sunday that the body was taken to Wayne County for an autopsy.
