OPINION:
President-elect Trump and the GOP should be cheerful warriors regarding the Democratic recounts. In fact, they should join them by asking for recounts in Virginia, Colorado and New Hampshire, as well as any other state in which a Democratic win was remotely close.
Most veteran Hillary Clinton watchers know from prior Clinton history that cheating is just another proven Democratic strategy. While the GOP is at it, why not demand a full recount of all absentee ballots in every state, since the Democrats are also known for throwing out absentee ballots without counting them, as shown by Project Veritas’ undercover videos? Even in states such as Maryland, California, Massachusetts and New York, where Democratic victory is all but assured, they despise absentee ballots. These tend to be military votes, which run about 70 percent to 80 percent Republican.
If Democrats are going to claim they won the popular vote for the next four years, let’s see if they really did. Plus, the recounts in Virginia, New Hampshire and Colorado might give Mr. Trump even more electoral votes to add to his crushing win. In all things, give thanks, Donald.
