SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (AP) - Dorchester County officials have identified a teen killed in a shooting and wreck in Summerville.
The coroner’s office told local media outlets that 16-year-old Alfonzo Campbell Jr. of Summerville was found in a wrecked car shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The coroner’s statement said Campbell was the driver of an overturned car that had hit a tree.
Officers responding to a report of shots fired found Campbell.
An autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death.
No arrests have been made.
