SALINA, N.Y. (AP) - State police say they’re investigating a fatal accident involving a tractor-trailer and a pedestrian at a Thruway exit in suburban Syracuse.
Troopers with the Thruway detail say the accident occurred shortly before 10 a.m. Tuesday on Interstate 90’s westbound side at the off-ramp to Exit 38 in the town of Salina, just north of Syracuse.
Police say a pedestrian was struck by the truck and killed.
Troopers say the accident is under investigation. No other information has been released.
