SUN VALLEY, Nev. (AP) - Washoe County sheriff’s deputies have released the name of the 60-year-old man who was struck and killed by a pickup truck last week in Sun Valley.
The sheriff’s office said Tuesday John Ireland of Sun Valley was hit by the truck on El Rancho Drive near Clear Acre Lane at about 9 p.m. last Wednesday.
Investigators say they have located the truck involved in the hit-and-run accident but are still looking for the driver.
