CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire health officials say four people who actively inject heroin have been diagnosed with an invasive bacterial infection.

The Division of Public Health Services says the cases of invasive Group A Streptococcal bacteremia involve men from southern and central New Hampshire.

It is unclear if these cases are connected. The division is investigating.
