Delta flight attendant Rachel Trevor may find herself grounded for a while.

Prosecutors in Shelby County, Tennessee, announced an indictment Friday against the Memphis woman for charges of theft and unlawful sale of alcohol.

Ms. Trevor allegedly would swipe the 50-mL bottles of spirits and later post them online for sale at the Craigslist classified site for one dollar a pop, a dramatic markdown from the $8 per bottle that Delta charges customers.

It’s up to a jury of her peers to determine if she loved to steal and it showed.
