OPINION:
All Republicans and conservatives say they want to either repeal or revise President Obama’s inappropriate policies or unconstitutional executive orders. Well, they can prove it with their votes in the 2016 presidential, federal and state elections. No more “I don’t like him” or “She’s not doing everything I want” or “I will sit this one out.”
Every candidate will roll back Mr. Obama’s failed policies and restore respect for all of our citizens, especially those who serve or served in the military. Each one will offer a better alternative to Hillary Rodham Clinton, who in addition to her lies and poor record as secretary of state, would continue the destructive Obama policies for four or more years.
One important issue should unite all Republicans and conservatives: If a candidate wins the Republican primary, he or she has earned and deserves the backing of all Republicans as well as the federal and state Republican organizations. If not, there is no longer a need to have a Republican primary. This issue is most important because the consequences of another Democratic president will have a negative impact on anticipated Supreme Court replacements, border-related decisions with more costly illegal immigration in exchange for votes, a further downsized military and the end of personal and religious freedoms. Let us return to “one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
