Every January we are reminded of just how cruel a nation we really are. The annual March for Life in Washington magnifies the legal torture our nation allows on innocent, unborn babies growing in their mothers’ wombs.

When the Islamic State decapitates an innocent person, our nation is outraged and demands action be taken. When innocent children are shot down in schools by madmen, our administration quickly points to guns as the cause and calls and fights for stricter gun-control laws.

“Black Lives Matter” calls attention to unjust police brutality and killings of African-Americans, yet it remains silent when it comes to the disproportionate number of black babies aborted. I have a question for the organization: Is it all black lives that matter, or just those you say matter? The remedy for all our nation’s ills is to turn to Jesus Christ, who alone can heal our nation. We in turn have to obey and follow Him.
