“Jessica Jones” star Susie Abromeit said at the Oscars afterparty Sunday that while she enjoyed comic books growing up she was “more of a movie buff.”
“I watched everything that had to do with superheroes,” Miss Abromeit told The Washington Times.
Miss Abromeit counts Susan Sarandon, Julia Roberts and Grace Kelly as among her idols as an actress. She also touted “Jessica Jones” co-star Carrie-Anne Moss.
Miss Abromeit said she also has ambitions to write screenplays.Â
“I write all the time. I think it’s a creative outlet,” she said. “I’ve been developing screenplays and pilots, and I can’t wait to explore that.”
