“Mad Max: Fury Road” has won the Oscars for best costume design, makeup, editing, production design and sound editing.
Costume designer Jenny Beavan previously won for “A Room With a View.”
“What a lovely day,” Ms. Beavan said.
The film also won for best production design. Colin Gibson and Lisa Thompson were awarded the statues for the post-apocalyptic violent film.
