BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (AP) - Two people were killed and four were hurt in a head-on crash near the Minneapolis airport.

The State Patrol says the crash happened Friday night on Interstate 494 when a car going the wrong way crashed into an oncoming Jeep.

The Jeep’s driver, 51-year-old Dawn Chiodo of Bloomington, and a passenger, 24-year-old Dylan Bailey, were killed. Three others in the Jeep, including a 2-year-old, were seriously injured. The driver of the other car suffered injuries that weren’t life threatening.



Everyone was wearing seat belts. The crash remains under investigation.
