ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) - A sloppy mix of snow and rain is creating havoc on eastern Pennsylvania roads.
Numerous car crashes have been reported in the Allentown and Reading areas Thursday morning.
In the northeast, where snow is falling, PennDOT has reduced speed limits on Interstates 80, 380 and 84 and Route 33.
The National Weather Service is calling for 2 to 5 inches of snow in higher elevations.
