NEW ORLEANS (AP) - New Orleans police say one man was killed and two others wounded in a shooting.

NOLA.com/The Times-Picayune reports (https://bit.ly/2itOqvl ) that the gunfire happened Wednesday night on A.P. Tureaud Avenue.

Police say the two injured men were taken to a hospital, where their conditions were unknown early Thursday.



Officers said they had found the victims in a white Monte Carlo that was stopped in front of a house. Police said one of the victims was able to get out of the car and collapsed on the steps of a nearby home. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

Few other details were available early Thursday.
