NEW YORK (AP) - Manhattan-bound service on the Long Island Rail Road between Jamaica Station and Penn Station and Woodside Station and Penn Station has been restored.
Service had been temporarily suspended during the Thursday evening commute due to a third rail problem in one of the East River tunnels.
