FRANKLIN, N.H. (AP) - A man hunt is underway in Franklin nearly 12 hours after the police first received a call regarding a domestic disturbance.

The Franklin Police Department and state police are searching for Ryan Brouillard, a 33-year-old Franklin resident. Police say he fled on foot Wednesday morning while firing a gun after the police responded to the domestic disturbance call. Brouillard is believed to be somewhere near Pleasant and Prospect Streets.

Franklin Police Chief David Goldstein says no one has been injured by gun fire. He says Brouillard is considered armed and dangerous and people should call the police if they see him. The police have evacuated some homes.
