CLIFTON, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say one person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on a New Jersey highway that also left three people injured.

Clifton police say the crash on Route 46 westbound was reported around 5 a.m. Monday. But the cause of the accident remains under investigation.

Authorities say two of the people hurt in the crash suffered “serious injuries.” But further details on their conditions were not immediately available.
