The world’s largest furniture retailer has agreed to pay $50 million to three families whose toddlers were killed when chests and dressers tipped over.

Philadelphia-based lawyers for the families of the deceased children Curren Collas, Camden Ellis and Ted McGee announced Thursday that a tentative settlement has been reached with the Swedish company. Furniture from Ikea’s MALM line crushed the children in 2014 and 2016.

Johanna Iritz, a spokeswoman for the company, said it would be “inappropriate” to give further details of the settlement, Fox News reported Thursday.

Ikea will also donate $50,000 to three children’s hospitals in the families’ home states, the network reported.

Another $100,000 will be donated to Shane’s Foundation, a nonprofit organization started in 2012 and focused on “furniture tip-over prevention” and child-safety issues.
