PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - The Providence Board of Licenses has ordered a nightclub to close for 10 days following a stabbing there in November.

WPRI-TV (https://bit.ly/2hJA6Bb ) reported Wednesday the board said the Euphoria Lounge must close from Jan. 5 through Jan. 7. It had already been closed for seven days after the Nov. 27 attack. The club was also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine.

Police say a 22-year-old man was stabbed outside the club. Officers stopped him after he ran away from the club and he was taken to Rhode Island Hospital. Police say he was uncooperative. It’s unclear if any arrests have been made.
