CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - Two Camden men are going to federal prison for their roles in a conspiracy to rob drug dealers at gunpoint in order to steal cocaine.
A judge on Wednesday sentenced 25-year-old Cordero Hodge to more than 13 years in prison and 25-year-old Jameel Pierce to nearly 12 years behind bars. They pleaded guilty in May to drug and firearms charges.
Prosecutors say the pair plotted to rob a drug stash house in 2013.
A weapon recovered during the arrest was tied to the 2013 slaying of a gas station attendant in Woodbury.
