AMHERST, Mass. (AP) - Investigators say the death of a 67-year-old Amherst woman who was struck by a vehicle driven by her husband appears to be an accident.
The woman, whose name was not released, was struck while in her driveway on Hunter Circle Tuesday evening. She was taken by ambulance to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The Northwestern District Attorney’s office said in a statement on Wednesday that the incident remains under investigation but foul play is not suspected.
