On Dec. 19 President-elect Donald Trump officially received the required minimum (and then some) electoral college votes to win the presidency. Repealing Obamacare should be a top priority in the first 100 days of the Trump/Pence administration.

Premiums are expensive and continuing to rise. The deductibles are so high that coverage is almost useless. Horror stories regarding negligent care or misdiagnosis abound.

Thankfully there is a strategy that can get this done quickly. Congress can use the budget reconciliation process to repeal Obamacare with a simple majority and have it ready for Mr. Trump to sign soon after he takes office. There are no more excuses.
