One can only hope that Hillary Clinton’s feminist myth-makers continue to make spin out of polls, given how unreliable they have been thus far in the 2016 primaries (“Donald Trump doomed against Hillary Clinton as gender gap becomes abyss, polls show,” Web, April 5). Given that there are as of yet no general-election results, we must consider the most recent primary exit polls and votes.

The Wisconsin primary exit polls showed that Hillary lost to challenger Bernie Sanders among younger voters, independents and liberals — while prevailing among non-white voters, most strongly among African-Americans. Perhaps presciently, she lost to Mr. Sanders in actual votes by exactly 13.3 percent.
