LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Former President Bill Clinton is speaking at the grand opening of an installation outside his presidential library honoring Anne Frank that will feature a sapling from a tree outside the building where she and her family hid from the Nazis.

Clinton planned to make remarks Friday at the grand opening of the Anne Frank Tree, a permanent installation outside his presidential library. It will feature five framed, etched glass panels and be surrounded by natural landscaping. Two of the panels will feature quotes from Frank and the former president.

The sapling will be at the ceremony but will be housed at a local nursery until it has matured and thrive at its new home. A similar chestnut tree will be temporarily planted in its place.
