Vice President Joseph R. Biden ducked reporters’ questions about whether he’ll enter the 2016 presidential race Thursday, two days after Hillary Rodham Clinton and four other Democratic hopefuls held their first debate.
Mr. Biden smiled and offered several versions of “no comment” at his residence at the Naval Observatory in Washington while waiting with reporters for the arrival of South Korean President Park Geun-Hye.
“I’ll answer it in Korean. …” Mr. Biden said to his questioners. “I’m here to greet President Park. I’ll talk to you all about that later.”
When reporters persisted, Mr. Biden said, “I can’t hear you” and “good to see you all.”
