The trailer for Hollywood director Michael Bay’s “13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi” was released late Tuesday night.

The film, based on Mitchell Zuckoff’s nonfiction book “13 Hours,” is described by the Wall Street Journal as ” ’Argo’ meets ’Zero Dark Thirty,’ but filmed with Bay’s kinetic, flashy style.”

Mr. Bay’s movie tells the tale of six individuals who were in Benghazi, Libya, during the Sept. 11, 2012, terrorist attacks. U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, foreign service officer Sean Smith and CIA contractors Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty died during the attacks.

“13 Hours” will be in theaters on Jan. 15, 2016. The Paramount film is currently in post-production and stars James Badge Dale, John Krasinski and Pablo Schreiber.
