I have come to the conclusion that not only am I an “extremist” in the eyes of the mainstream media and some politicians, but so, too, are 90-plus-percent of Americans, since most would never support voting for legislation they have not read. Yet both Democrats and Republicans believe this is an acceptable practice.

With Speaker John Boehner and the majority of the Republicans in the House voting for the “CRomnibus” bill — a piece of legislation they’ve not read — they are no different from House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi or the other Democrats who voted for Obamacare without reading it first.

I work at the Newport News Shipyard and if I did something like that I would be fired immediately. So should Mr. Boehner and every Republican who voted for the “CRomnibus.” This is not Republican leadership, it is Democratic “leadership.” The Democrats are noted for lying — just ask Jonathan Gruber.

Electing Mr. Boehner to another term leaves the Republican Party morally bankrupt.
