Sen. Marco Rubio, Florida Republican, is headed back to Iowa later this month as part of a tour for his new book, “American Dreams,” the Tampa Bay Times reported.
Mr. Rubio was not among the host of potential 2016 presidential contenders to appear at GOP Rep. Steve King’s recent “Iowa Freedom Summit,” but he stumped in the Hawkeye state during the 2014 midterms and was an early supporter of GOP Sen. Joni Ernst.
He was well back in a Bloomberg Politics/Des Moines Register poll of likely Republican caucus attendees that was released over the weekend.
