A hypothetical: A group of nudists approaches three different photographers seeking an estimate to photograph a nudist event at a private venue. The nudists assure the photographers that they may be clothed to shoot the event. The first photographer declines, citing religious reasons. The second photographer declines, stating the distraction of photographing nude people would preclude him from doing a professional job. The third photographer declines, stating naked people made him viscerally ill. The nudists decide to sue the three photographers for discrimination. Who among the three photographers might prevail in a court of law?
