“It goes without saying” is not applicable to politics. We have a dishonest president, and that needs to be said over and over, to be inculcated into the most uninformed segment of America.

There are very few statements made by President Obama that one can safely say are true. There are many that are untrue. He said Obamacare would cut our health-care costs by $2,500 a year. He said you could keep your doctor if you liked him. He said no one would lose his health coverage because of Obamacare. He said Obamacare would not increase the deficit by one dime. He said that all the debate about Obamacare would be televised on C-SPAN. He said the economic stimulus would create “shovel-ready jobs.”

Further, he said repeatedly that the death of Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens in Benghazi was the result of an anti-Muslim video. He called the Islamic State “JV.” He said he would cut the federal deficit in half by the end of his first term. He said Fast and Furious was started during a previous administration. He said he would have the most transparent administration in history.

How many lies can this man tell without being called out and shown to be a dishonest person? Who in their right mind can believe anything he says without a Woodward-and-Bernstein-style investigation backing it up? Mr. Obama is dishonest, and that needs to be said over and over.
