ORWIGSBURG, Pa. (AP) - A county coroner in eastern Pennsylvania says a 92-year-old man who died after a fight at a nursing home died of natural causes.
WFMZ-TV (bit.ly/SIYG5I) said the Schuylkill County coroner made the announcement Friday.
Investigators said Fred Govern was involved in a fight with another male resident at the Pinebrook Personal Care and Retirement Center near Orwigsburg on March 17.
He was taken to the hospital for minor head and facial injuries but went into cardiac arrest and died.
