MERRIMACK, N.H. (AP) - Police have agreed to drop charges against a Merrimack man accused of blocking a plow truck from piling snow across the entrance to his driveway.

Police said 75-year-old Menahem Lowy was charged with disorderly conduct in February after refusing to move out of the way of the plow truck. Lowy denies blocking the truck but says he stood in his driveway trying to protect it from being plowed in for a third time.

The Nashua Telegraph reports (https://bit.ly/1nmf3iG) that the town’s police prosecutor has agreed to drop the disorderly conduct charge against him if he remains on good behavior for one year.
