NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Four planes arriving at the New Orleans international airport were put on a temporary ground hold while security officials conducted a sweep of the airport following a bomb threat.
Louis Armstrong International Airport spokeswoman Michelle Wilcut said no suspicious objects were found and officials gave the all-clear at 10:08 p.m. CDT Thursday, about two hours after the threat was called in to airport dispatchers.
Wilcut said passengers were delayed for an hour or less. She did not know how many passengers were affected.
