BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - A Vermont man has been sentenced to a year in prison for conspiring to distribute heroin and oxycodone.
Kermit Flanders of St. Albans was sentenced Monday. He will be on three years of supervised released following prison.
Court records say the 44-year-old Flanders sold both drugs on five separate occasions to someone cooperating with police. He was indicted in September and pleaded guilty in February.
