HOUMA, La. (AP) - Law enforcement agencies from across southeast Louisiana will participate in the Bayou Region Public Safety Expo on Saturday at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center.
The Courier reports (https://bit.ly/1iR1NDe ) the expo will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Visitors to the free event can meet a police dog trained to sniff out bombs and drugs, get a close look at police vehicles such as helicopters and motorcycles or meet officers and deputies.
More than 30 agencies will participate.
