DALLAS (AP) - A Dallas firefighter continues to recover at a hospital after being injured battling a house fire.
A Dallas Fire-Rescue official on Monday identified the firefighter as Jeffrey Patterson, who has been with the fire department for five years.
Officials did not immediately release details of Patterson’s injuries or his condition, as requested by his family.
Patterson was hurt Saturday night. Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans has said the firefighter was talking to paramedics while being transported from the scene.
