EDDYVILLE, Ore. (AP) - Two people died when their car left Highway 20 on a curve, rolled down an embankment and landed on its top in the Yaquina River about six miles west of Eddyville.
Oregon State Police say the 21-year-old woman driving and a 24-year-old man riding in the car were unconscious when paramedics arrived. They were pronounced dead at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis.
KVAL reports (https://bit.ly/1iPT9Vw ) traffic was restricted to one lane during the crash investigation.
