LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) - A Lancaster County man struck by a car while riding a scooter has died.

Police say 23-year-old Levi Stoltzfoos of Quarryville died Friday of injuries from the accident Wednesday.

New Holland Police Chief Don Bowers says the victim rode through a stop sign and down a hill.

Bowers tells the Lancaster News (https://goo.gl/0cdkk8) that the driver didn’t have a chance to stop and won’t face charges.

Police say the accident occurred at about 8 a.m. on a rural road.
