DETROIT (AP) - Authorities are trying to identify two men who were found fatally shot and burned in Detroit.
One body was found late Wednesday at a house near the Lodge Freeway service drive. The Detroit News (https://bit.ly/1hHfkZ0) reports the other victim was found less than 48 hours earlier in a car.
Police Officer Jennifer Moreno says investigators don’t believe the two cases are connected.
Both deaths have been ruled homicides. The Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office is trying to lift fingerprints to identify the victims.
Anyone with information about the cases is urged to call Detroit police.
