PROCTOR, Vt. (AP) - Vermont State Police have identified the woman whose body was found near the hydro-electric power dam in Proctor.
Police say she was 59-year-old Maryann Foster, of Proctor.
Maintenance workers discovered the body along the banks of the Otter Creek on Friday morning.
Police say the cause of death ise still pending an autopsy report from the chief medical examiner.
