BENNINGTON, Vt. (AP) - Police have arrested five people in a drug raid in the Vermont town of Bennington.
Police say a search of a Main Street apartment on Friday turned up 100 small bags of heroin, as well as cash and prescription medication.
Four people from Bennington and one from Brooklyn, New York, have been arrested on felony heroin possession and misdemeanor counts of possessing regulated drugs.
Police say the arrests followed a drug investigation in the neighborhood.
