LAS VEGAS (AP) - Authorities say they found an unlicensed doctor’s office, dentist’s office and pain clinic in Las Vegas along with a large stash of powerful narcotics.

Las Vegas police say 41-year-old Erik Vargas-Rivera was arrested on suspicion of furnishing a dangerous drug without a prescription. Police say he’s in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and it’s unclear whether he has an attorney.

Police say the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy was tipped off to illegal medical and dental offices inside a business complex on Oakey Boulevard, near Sahara Avenue and Decatur Boulevard.

A team of investigators went to the complex late Wednesday night and found the drugs. Narcotics detectives and state Radiation Control officials also responded to handle radioactive medical equipment and chemicals.
