BRISTOL, Conn. (AP) - A high school in Bristol has been evacuated due to a threat found written on a desk.

Bristol Central High School Principal Peter Wininger says in a message on Twitter that all students are safe.

The principal said the message left on a desk claimed that a bomb would go off on Tuesday morning. The students have been dismissed for the day.

Police are investigating.
