LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas Department of Human Services’ Division of Children and Family Services has cancelled a balloon release scheduled for Tuesday afternoon because of weather.

Four hundreds balloons were scheduled to be released at the Little Rock Farmer’s Market. One balloon was to represent 10 foster care kids in the state.

There are no immediate details on if or when the event will be rescheduled.
