OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - Five new members will be inducted next month into the Omaha Press Club’s Journalists of Excellence Hall of Fame.

The public is invited to attend the June 7 recognition ceremony.

The new inductees include three from the state’s largest newspaper: Robert Dorr, who retired from the Omaha World-Herald in 2001 after 41 years; the late Carl Keith, the World-Herald’s night managing editor from 1966-1990; and Mary McGrath, who wrote for the Omaha World-Herald from 1957 until her retirement in 2000.



Also inducted will be Joe McCartney, who was a reporter and documentary producer at WOW radio and television from 1960 to 1965; and Rob McCartney, a television journalist for 30 years who has been KETV’s main evening news anchor since 1995.
