CANTON, Mass. (AP) - State Police say a Tewksbury woman has died in a sport utility vehicle rollover in which three other passengers and the driver were injured.
Police say they responded to several calls of a single vehicle crash at 2:15 a.m. Sunday on I-95 near Canton. Affected parts of the highway were closed for about two hours.
The operator of the vehicle was identified as 23-year-old Sakeena L. Tarpley of Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood. She was hospitalized with a non-incapacitating injury.
Police identified 45-year-old Germaine C. Stokes of Tewksbury as the passenger who died.
The three other passengers also had non-incapacitating injuries.
Police say the crash is being investigated.
