MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - An off-duty Memphis Police Officer has been charged with alleged sex crimes against a teenage girl.
WMC-TV in Memphis reported (https://bit.ly/1ovR693 ) that Steven Feinberg was booked into jail for charges ranging from sexual battery to statutory rape. The girl told officers she had been raped by Feinberg for years.
As of Saturday evening, Feinberg is out on bond and relieved of duty pending the outcome of the investigation. Jail records did not list an attorney for Feinberg.
