ERIE, Pa. (AP) - A western Pennsylvania man who had five DUI arrests within a four-month period is heading to state prison.
The Erie Times-News (https://bit.ly/1lKja4C ) reports that 42-year-old Warren T. Fahey of Union City was sentenced to between two years and three months to four and-a-half years in state prison.
Fahey pleaded guilty Thursday to three misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, one felony count of fleeing and eluding and two summary traffic violations, according to court records.
In exchange for his plea prosecutors dropped other charges, including possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
