PROVO, Utah (AP) - Police say they have arrested a Provo man accused of stabbing his neighbor with a screwdriver.
Arrest documents show the 30-year-old Jerad Gourdin began fighting with a neighbor in the street after the man accused him of stealing a dog.
Police say the two men exchanged several blows before he wielded the screwdriver.
Two bystanders reportedly witnessed the scuffle.
The Daily Herald of Provo reports (https://bit.ly/TCNVlG) the neighbor was injured but declined medical treatment.
Gourdin faces felony charges of aggravated assault.
A conviction could mean up to five years in prison.
